These terms apply to the use of this website and to all quotations, orders and supplies made by Milleredge Textile Engineers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period mentioned on them. An order is confirmed once we receive a purchase order, the approved drawing or specification and, where applicable, the agreed advance.
2. Drawings and specifications
Products are manufactured as per the drawing, sample or specification approved by you. Drawings should include material, dimensions, tolerances and finish. Changes made after approval may affect price and delivery.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, freight and packing are charged extra unless stated otherwise. Raw material price changes before order confirmation may affect the quoted price.
4. Payment
Payment terms are as agreed in the quotation or invoice. An advance may be required for raw material procurement and custom tooling.
5. Inspection and acceptance
Products are inspected before dispatch. Please inspect them on receipt and report any non-conformity within 7 days of delivery, with details and photos.
6. Drawings, tooling and confidentiality
Drawings and designs shared by you remain your property and are used only for your orders. Customer-specific tooling may be charged separately, as stated in the quotation.
7. Warranty and liability
We will rework or replace products that do not conform to the approved drawing, if reported within the inspection period. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected products, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
