This policy explains how and when we dispatch orders.
1. Dispatch timelines
Orders are dispatched after confirmation and receipt of payment or approved credit terms. Standard products are usually dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. Made-to-order parts follow the lead time in the quotation.
2. Delivery within Ahmedabad
We deliver to industrial estates and project sites across Ahmedabad using our own or partner vehicles. Delivery charges, if any, are mentioned in the quotation.
3. Outstation delivery
Orders for other locations in Gujarat and India are sent through transporters or courier services. Freight is payable by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Inspection on delivery
Please check packages at the time of delivery. Shortages, visible damage or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours, with photos and the delivery challan or invoice number.
5. Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by transporters, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control, but we will keep you informed.
