Most of our products are made to order. This policy explains how we handle non-conformities, cancellations and refunds.
1. Made-to-order products
Products manufactured to your drawing or specification cannot be returned for reasons other than non-conformity or transit damage.
2. Non-conforming products
If products do not match the approved drawing or specification, report it within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will rework, replace or credit the affected quantity.
3. Transit damage
Report visible damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and the delivery challan.
4. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before production starts. If material has been procured or production has started, the cost incurred up to that point will be charged.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method or by bank transfer.
